Scholarships Program

Liberia has amongst the largest percentage of unschooled youth in the world. They roam the streets by the hundreds of thousands, unable to afford even a basic education. They “hustle” to get by, and often turn to theft and prostitution. What can we do?

Three Rivers Outreach has provided high-school scholarships to over thirty (30) teen-aged boys and girls, most of which graduated from J.D Kimber School. We have also provided several college, nursing school and trade-school opportunities.

Mentoring these youngsters has proven to be an incredible blessing. We show them compassion, treat them with honesty and respect, and encourage them. Most importantly, we lead them to the foot of the cross and connect them to the transforming grace of Christ.

These relationships will last forever.

We are investing in the future of Liberia! We sponsor several bright collegiate men and women who will have a great impact on their community. Among those we sponsor are a pre-med student, and a nursing student. We are currently interviewing for a tech student. Their tuition is being covered, and we have been able to buy computers as well.
